HeHe sind das Duo Helen Evans und Heiko Hansen: “HeHe steht zwischen Kunst, Design und Alltagsintervention: Das Künstlerduo HeHe befasst sich mit Phänomenen aus dem täglichen Leben, mit banalen Gebrauchsgegenständen, verstärkt, vergrößert oder reduziert sie. Bei ihren Aktionen improvisieren HeHe mit ständig neuen Objekten – vom Motor bis zum Bügeleisen. Im Kontext der Kunst erfährt jeder Alltagsgegenstand eine symbolische Aufladung. Das Duo macht sogenanntes kritisches Design, das auf einen gesellschaftlichen Kontext abzielt und sich in keine künstlerische Disziplin einordnen lässt. Ähnlich wie die Nouveaux Réalistes, die Dadaisten oder die Situationisten streben auch HeHe danach, die Grenzen zwischen Kunst und Leben zu sprengen. Fantastisches Projekt: Drei Studenten aus dem Bereich Produktdesign, Raphaël Pluvinage, Sylvain Chassériaux und Léa Bardin, haben das Projekt Fabrique | Hacktion ins Leben gerufen – und führen nun (ungefragte) Interventionen durch, um den Alltag zu erleichtern: Dazu gestalten und entwerfen sie minimale Produktverbesserungen/innovationen: “Fabrique / Hacktion intervient dans les espaces publics et collectifs en installant des greffes, compléments d’objets, qui favorisent un usage, augmentent ou questionnent les dispositifs existants. Le design de ces greffes tire parti des technologies de fabrication du Fab-Lab (Ensci), dites de prototypages rapides, ou de machines de production plus traditionnelles. Ces processus de fabrication permettent de réaliser des pièces sur mesure, lesquelles peuvent s’adapter et s’ajuster très précisément aux standards urbains. Cette production réactive, vise des contextes particuliers en associant et en comparant les productions des Fab-Labs à celles des industries classiques qui aménagent les villes, les écoles, les réseaux de transports, etc”. Kreativer Nerdprotest: Die US-Gruppe US Uncut greift Steuerbetrüger an und attackierte Apple bei der eigenen “Worldwide Developers Conference” indem sie ein Protestvideo mittels QR-Code verbreitete: “US Uncut, the grassroots effort pressuring corporate tax cheats to pay their fair share, crashed Apple’s World Wide Developer’s Conference on Monday, using Apple’s own technology to expose the company’s systematic tax dodging. As more than 5,000 attendees streamed into San Francisco’s Moscone Center to hear new Apple product lines announced, they were greeted by what appeared to be an Apple publicity stunt — men and women were sheathed head to toe in a rainbow of Apple-colored spandex body suits emblazoned with a giant QR code (like a barcode for an internet address). However, when attendees used iPhone apps to follow the code on the Internet, instead of an Apple product announcement, a new music video appeared, “Apple: Tax Cheating Doesn’t Sync with My Values,” which is spreading virally on the Internet. Mobmov: Guerrilla Drive-in
Läuft schon seit einigen Jahren – erst jetzt entdeckt: Das Autokino ist zurück – als Guerilla-Version (Tutorial!). “A “mobile movie” or mobmov for short, is quite simply a drive-in that drives-in. Participating in a mobmov is very similar to attending a drive-in from the days of old, except now the projector is located inside and powered by a car, and the audio is piped in stereo over the FM band to the attendees’ cars. As a mobmov driver, you assemble the kit, decide on the movies, and announce your showings to friends and the community at large. Then everyone assembles in a dark place with a big wall, and you watch a movie. It’s a new technological twist to a nostalgic idea.” Via
